Organic Dry-Farmed Early Girl Tomatoes

Blue House Farm uses a technique called dry farming, which involves cutting off the irrigation early in the season to drive the plants' roots deeper into the earth in search of water. A few small farms in the area are able to implement dry farming techniques because of their proximity to the coast. This stress yields fewer, smaller tomatoes with a concentrated flavor, great acid balance, and notable minerality.
