These California-grown Keitt mangoes are green skin mangoes that stay green when ripe! Keitts are delicious and have a smooth flesh. It's honey-sweet with tropical flavors and it's nearly fiberless with a small pit. They need a few days on the counter but yield to gentle pressure when ripe.
