Organic Santa Rosa Plums

Santa Rosa plums have a purple-red skin that offers a desired tartness against a sweet and juicy yellow flesh. Santa Rosa plums were developed by Luther Burbank up north in Santa Rosa, and is one of his award-winning varieties. There are so many new pluot varieties now but Santa Rosa plums always have a special place in our summer-time hearts. We also think these are the perfect plums for the classic Plum Torte by Marian Burros, which we make multiple times every summer.
