Half Flat of Organic Cinnamon Persimmons

Cinnamon persimmons, also known as Hyakume, has brown speckled flesh and is one of the sweetest persimmon varieties out there! When ripe, it can be eaten firm or let to soften on the counter. It's a less common persimmon variety grown in CA but we love it for it's deeply rich brown sugar flavor and cinnamon-y spiced notes!
