Wong Farms Valencia Pride Mangos

The Valencia Pride variety was developed in Florida, but grown in Mecca, CA it develops an intensely sweet and juicy deep golden-yellow flesh. These mangoes are intensely sweet and with a juicy flesh. Their smooth flesh is fiberless, with a coconut aroma and sweet honey flavor. This is the mango nectar of your dreams.

The Chamberlain-Wong family in Riverside County are one of only a handful of growers in California to grow anything beyond a hobbyist's quantity of mangos.

Wong Farms is known for growing unique varieties of mangos rarely found on the commercial market. They harvest when the fruit is truly ripe resulting in a much more flavorful mango! Virtually all of the mangoes in the US market are imported, so they're harvested underripe to obtain the weeks-long shelf life needed for a long supply chain and they're treated in a hot water bath to pass USDA muster for imports.
