Organic Amagaki Persimmons

The Amagaki persimmon is a variety developed by farmer Camelia's grandfather, Howard Nakae, and exclusive to Twin Peaks Orchards! The texture is firm and creamy, and its flavor is has a complex sweetness like maple syrup. It's one of the richest tasting persimmons we've ever had. Some specks of brown may be dispersed throughout the flesh.

Amagaki persimmons may be eaten when the flesh is firm (like a Fuyu), creamy, or pudding-soft (like a Hachiya).
