Organic Arkin Star Fruit

Star Fruit, also known as Carambola, is a tropical fruit from Southeast Asia. Lucky for us, this Arkin variety of Star Fruit are grown in Temecula. This variety is green/yellow, and it does well in the warm, protected microclimate of De Luz. It's juicy and crisp, reminiscent of a green grape, with flavors that are sweet and tart with notes of ripe pear and citrus.
