Bacon avocados are one of the few early green-skinned avocados that come before Hass. It's sweet and nutty! It's thin green skin is easy to peel when ripe. 

Leave Bacons on the counter to ripen. It's ripe when the whole avocado gives to gentle pressure. Its skin stays green when ripe.
