Organic Black Sapote

Black Sapote is also known as chocolate pudding fruit. Native to Central and South America, it's dark flesh and texture is reminiscent of chocolatey sweet custard! It's lightly sweet in flavor and it's texture is extremely rich.

These are delivered with olive-green skin. Leave on counter for 7-10 days to ripen. It'll soften and the skin will start to darken and become slightly wrinkly. Once ripe, it can be stored in the fridge for up to one week.
