Organic Fresh Harvest Dates

Bautista Family Organic Date Ranch grows some of the best dates in the Coachella Valley! Date harvest starts in August and is fully ramped up in September. The Bautista family grows some of the best varieties and we'll feature some of our favorites throughout fall. These are freshly harvested these season and you'll be able to taste the difference. Gooey Medjools, to buttery Halawy, to caramel-like Bahri dates--there's a date for everyone :)

Medjool - big, wet-pack, gooey, queen of dates!!

Honey - smaller, slightly firmer deeply sweet honey flavor dates that melt in your mouth

Halawy - smaller, caramel-like flavor with a slight chewiness

Khadrawy  - medium, soft, mild, buttery
