Organic Magenta-flesh Dragon Fruit

Limelight is harvesting the "Whale"variety right now which has a delicious and complex flavor! It's refreshing, floral, juicy, and bright magenta! Peel back the skin and enjoy the flesh. The little crunchy seeds are edible--just like kiwis! We like to chill our dragon fruit before eating it but it can be kept at room temperature.

Dragon fruit flower pollination is really unique. The flowers only open for one night, usually 10-15 hours so the opportunity for flowers to be pollinated and turn into fruit is a short window!

Grown organically in Temecula.
