Southern California guava season starts in the fall and runs through winter. These Mexican Beaumont guavas are sweet, aromatic, and the flesh is super creamy! The seeds are tender and edible. This beautiful pink-fleshed variety is limited! Keep on the counter until exterior is yellow and ripe.
