Moorpark apricots are an old variety that's rich in flavor and has an amazing aroma with a good amount of juiciness! Moorpark's bruise really easily before it's green shoulders get a chance to fully ripen. They have a tendency to ripen unevenly. The "honey-bruises" are the most delicious part.
